How do we do this?

We will re-inspect your vehicle before repairs. Insurance adjusters typically miss 25-30% of the actual damage. If additional money is needed to repair ALL of the damage, we will work directly with your insurance company to ensure no money comes out of your pocket.
We meet with you and your adjuster. To save time, we suggest scheduling your initial adjuster inspection at one of our locations. We have locations in Lewisville & Addison but serve the entire DFW area. We inspect your vehicle using specialty lights to visualize even the slightest dent. There will be no re-inspections, no time wasted with supplement requests, and no haggling. If they have an issue with meeting at one of our shop locations, we will come to you.

It is a common practice with insurance companies to attempt to use steering tactics to make you feel like you are required to use a repair shop from their ‘Preferred Repair Shop’ provider list. They will say whatever they can to lead you to believe these shops are superior to non-DRP shops. They might try to suggest that non-DRP shops don’t guarantee repairs with a warranty, that their PDR technicians are not as experienced, or even that they won’t pay for the repairs, and so on.
